Gouda Mon is a Welsh take on a traditional Dutch Gouda recipe. This subtle, mellow cheese is handmade by Menai Jones on her family’s dairy farm, Rhyd Y Delyn, on Anglesey. The farm keeps a small herd of pedigree Holstein Friesian cows, whose milk travels just a few metres from the milking parlour to the dairy before being turned into outstanding cheese.
