Natural roasted and washed piquillo peppers. Their incredible sweet flavour differentiates from regular red peppers. They are usually served stuffed with a variety of foods: cream cheese, seafood, mushrooms... They can also be served as they come, or cut into stripes as part of an assorted salad, on top or a Russian salad (ensaladilla rusa). The peppers on this tin are small, which makes them better to serve them with no stuffing.
